Part 1: Download iOS 13 Beta to iOS 12.3.1 with iTunes

Step 1. Download the correct iOS 12.3.1/12.2/12.1 IPSW file for the device that you are trying to downgrade on.

Step 2. Disable Find my iPhone on your iPhone by going to Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone.

Step 3. Open iTunes on the Mac or Windows PC.

Step 4. Connect your device to the computer with a Lightning Cable.

Step 5. Put your iPhone/iPad into Recovery mode:

iPhone XS/XS Max/XR/X/8/8 Plus – Press and release the Volume Up button. Press and release the Volume Down button. Press and hold the Side button until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.

iPhone 7 and 7 Plus – Press and hold the Side button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.
iPhone 6s and earlier, iPads, iPod Touch – Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button simultaneously until you see the Connect to iTunes screen.

Step 6. Now iTunes will provide an alert saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode. Back in iTunes, press and hold the Option key (Mac), or SHIFT key (Windows), then click the Restore iPhone… option.

Step 7. When prompted, navigate to the iOS 12.3.1/12.2/12.1 IPSW file on your computer and select it. You're essentially passing the file into the iTunes software.

Step 8. Click on the "Restore and Update" button to continue, and proceed with the on-screen instructions. After that, iTunes will verify the package and start the installation process. Your iPhone will reboot during the process. After the downgrade process is complete, your iPhone will boot into iOS 12.3.1 or iOS 12.2, iOS 12.1.

Note: If you downgrade iOS 13 to iOS 12.3.1/12.2/12.1, you will not be able to use the backup that was made on iOS 13 via iCloud or iTunes. You can restore data only from a backup copy of iOS 12.3.1. This means that you may lose important data added after the iOS 13 update.

Step 1. Launch iOS System Recovery

Step 2. Put iPhone into DFU Mode
